Current work, in progress:  May/June 2006:

1. Fine-tuning of following IGMs, Utilities, and IGM Player
   Database Editors, for official release:

   DOS LORD Utilities:  ChasWare LPEdit v1.40, ShadEdit v1.00,
   ShopEdit v1.00, WolfEdit v1.00.

   DOS LORD IGMs:  Doofus the Gnome, The Gem Trader, Hiding
   In The Shadows, Kiteria's Lord Bank, The Pawn Shop, and
   Werewolf II.

2. The Village Hut:  Fine-tuning work on IGM's new player
   database file - HUTPLAY.DAT;  Fine-tuning of the Mine and
   Village Idiot components.

3. Realm of Lore - Creation/implementation of new data files
   to replace current ROLP.DAT and ROLWOM.DAT files.

   ** Design and implementation of new Player Database Files:
   **     Status in May 2006: Work in progress.   **

   -- ROL2PLAY.DAT to replace existing ROLP.DAT file.
      When bugs are all worked out, IGM will use ROLPLAY.DAT.

1) Fine-tuning of Lpedit/32 utility and Free World II IGM
   for official release, sometime after LORD/32 is officially
   released.

   ** To do: Final testing of Lpedit/32's Marriage and Divorce
   scenarios code.

Upcoming work - Other IGMs/Utilities -- June-December 2006:

*) Short IGM update development cycle for Turgeon's House.

*) If I can get in contact with Tommy Baker via Doug Rhea, I'm
   planning to (a) get his permission to distribute Graveyard
   v3.40p RTE200 patch update, and (b) to re-create the IGM.

*) Start work sometime in 2006 on 1-2 new LORD/32 IGMs
   based upon (a) Kiteria's Lord Bank and one other IGM.

*) Start work sometime in Spring 2006, or later month, on
   making a Lord/32 version of LordStat.

1) Conversion of The Gateway IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

2) Conversion of The Forest Outhouse IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

4) Conversion of The L.O.R.D. Cavern IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

5) Conversion of Outlands Tavern IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

6) Conversion of Realm of Lore IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

7) Conversion of RHPTest utility to use ANGEL tool-kit in its
   RHP Language library unit, which currently uses DDIGM.

8) Conversion of The Village Hut IGM to use ANGEL tool-kit.

4) Recreation of Shauna, Princess of Sorcery IGM.
   Received David Simmons' OK to do igm project in late May 2005.

   * 03/16/2006: Created skeleton igm called "Lord Skeleton"
   for later usage in development/creation of Shauna II IGM.

5) Do short-term development cycle update of The Changeling
   IGM, created by Charlie Wardick.

    ANGEL-to-MannDoor Conversions:

    As yet, I have not figured out how to make LORD/32 IGMs
    using the ANGEL Tool-kit.  Jay Hodges is working on this
    project for me.

Long-Term development - Have not made outline of how these
events will work yet.

1) Ruined Castle. Castle Library event.  Vampire Encounter event.
   Both would be inside castle, although I see no problem with
   Vampires being OUTSIDE the castle as well possibly.

   Castle Ghost wish:  Possibly allow player to wish harm to
   befall an enemy.  Will have to think about that and plan it out.

2) Turgeon's House - Next development cycle.

   * Fairies in Closet - Skill Use Point replacement wish.
     -- Will only work on the player's current Skill Class.
     -- As with other wishes, fairy has to be in a good mood
     or the wish will simply be ignored as they depart closet.

   * Random event 1:  Turgeon comes home, finds burglar in house.
     -- Have not decided if player gets killed or not.  But they
     will be beaten nearly to death and thrown out of igm.

   * Random event 2:  In kitchen, you get sick, throw up, lose
     some stats (HitPoints and Strength/Defense) after eating
     Food and/or drinking Beverage.

   * Random event 5: Players will have to risk LOSING Gold and
     Gems while they go room to room.  IGM should not always be
     a no-risk program where you never get hurt, or never risk
     death, but it just has worked out that way in the past.
