The Oasis of El-Sayal v1.10 patch - LORD IGM by David Holderness

Patch update info file by Donald Tidmore --
donald.tidmore@usa.net -- August 18, 2002
============================================================

IGM tested on a Pentium III 933 Mhz system, running MS
Windows Millenium Edition successfully. Usage notes:

In un-patched form, IGM is NOT usable above/around 450 Mhz due
to the RTE200 problem. Have not been able to locate author,
David Holderness. He is classified as a "Lost Lord Author."

Oasis.exe was patched, fixing the Delay routine, using the
ctbppat.exe RTE200 patch utility.

IGM was tested briefly under LORD v4.07 beta, 6/23/2002
compilation, and it ran without any problem on my 933 Mhz
system. Version number revised to reflect patching.

Some parts of IGM not available without registration.

-----------------------------
NOTE: IGM requires an maint.bat file be available. If you
don't have one, simply create a zero-byte file for one,
before doing IGM installation. From DOS prompt, type:
(in the main LORD game directory) REM > maint.bat
(and press ENTER). That will create the file.
Then simply run OASIS.EXE and follow directions to install it.

End of Notes - Donald.

08/24/2002 update note:
------------------------
Under LORD 4.07 beta, when maint.bat for the IGM was run,
it immediately caused player.dat corruption. Unless the
IGM will work without usage of its maint procedure, I have
to advise people to NOT use this IGM.
