[3.0] *** THouse.Exe PARAMETERS ***

          *        - Node# <'*' is Replaced by Node#
                     Passed by Lss<node#>.Bat>
          /Config  - THouse Configuration       { Revised 11/19/03 }
                     Install + UnInstall      {original v3.0 layout}

          /Install - THouse Configure and Install -- v3.12+ *NEW* {11/06/03}

          /Remove  - THouse Un-Install            -- v3.10+ *NEW*
                     Doesn't require user to redo all the IGM install stuff,
                     just so that they can un-install the igm.  {10/31/03}

          /Pxxxxx - Path to the BBS Drop File
                    Do not include Trailing BackSlash!
          /V - No Local Print Out
                    Good for Multi-tasking

          /HELP   - Shows the THOUSE.EXE Parameters Screen.
                    Using "THOUSE HELP" will do the same thing. (v3.28+)

    Note: The IGM only uses those six parameters, but all of the parameters
          normally used by DDPlus-based programs *MAY* work. I only test
          the normal parameters, so these are the only ones directly
          supported. Donald.

{3.5} *** Turgeon's House v3.30 Files Listing:

CCL-APPS TXT Castle Camelot LORD Apps info file
THMAINT  DAT    IGM's Maintenance file
THOUSE EXE Turgeon's House LORD IGM
THOUSE3  TXT    Turgeon's House documentation
THOUSE3 DIZ File_ID diz for IGM
THOUSE3 CFG Turgeon's House IGM Config file

As of Oct. 27, 2003, the Config file now covers, in this order,
    the user's LORD Path, IGM Path, BBS Name, Sysop's First Name,
    Sysop's Last Name, then the Sysop's LORD Handle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

[4.0] *** INSTALLATION + UPGRADING***
    1) Unzip THOUSE33.ZIP into LORD subdirectory overwriting all
       existing Thouse igm files from prior official/beta versions.
       IGM can also be run from the main LORD directory.

    1-B) If using beta version, unzip TH3-WORK.ZIP into your existing
       Turgeon's House IGM directory, or into a new directory. Remember
       to use overwrite mode to extract all new files from archive.

       Thouse.doc was renamed to Thouse3.txt on Jan. 23, 2004.

    2) Follow these instructions:

    [ INSTALLATION ]
      - Place THouse.exe in the L.O.R.D. Directory, or in subdirectory.
      - Run the CLS command on your system. (Ensures that
        you will be able to properly read the IGM's screens.)

      -- Old Method: Type: THOUSE /CONFIG
         Then you have to choose between Install and Uninstall modes.
         Long process, but it works perfectly.

      -- New Method: v3.12+ required. Type: THOUSE /INSTALL
         -- You are asked for the IGM config setting values.
         -- Then the IGM writes its entry lines in 3rdparty.dat,
         following by an IGM install announcement in lognow.txt.

      -- That concludes the installation process.

      Unlike earlier versions of THOUSE, this one CAN be run from
      EITHER the LORD directory or from an IGM sub-directory.

    [ UPGRADING: IN LORD DIRECTORY - or in IGM directory ]
      - Change to the appropriate directory. Unzip files from the
        THOUSE33.ZIP archive, using overwrite mode.
      - Any pre-existing thouse.dat file will be deleted automatically.

      - Run the CLS command from DOS prompt.
      - Run 'THOUSE /INSTALL
      - Follow on-screen directions, and you will be finished quickly.

      - It is always a good idea to visually verify your 3rdparty.dat
        file after installing or uninstalling this or any other IGM.

      - You are now Finished!

      - Your new Configuration file is named Thouse3.cfg. And your
        new Maintenance and player database file is named THMaint.dat.

        The IGM, as of v3.05+, no longer will write any of its data files
        in the LORD directory -- UNLESS you installed it there.
        ----------------------------------------------------

      - The IGM's entry lines written to your 3rdparty.dat file are in
        this fashion. Alter Lord color codes to your own preference.

           C:\INTERNET\LORD\THOUSE *
           `@T`0urgeon`@'`0s `@H`0ouse `%v3.30

[5.0] *** TURGEON'S HOUSE FILE NOTES ***

      - Turgeon's House changes users stats in the 'Player.Dat' file.
        There is always a chance of a screw-up, so backup often.
      - Turgeon's House has been extensively tested through many
        different Procedures and Circumstances.

      - If the player catches a Fairy in the closet, the IGM will update
        the temporary INFO.<node-num> file that LORD passed to it.

[6.0] *** SOMETHING'S WRONG!! ***
        - My IGM says I'm lacking a THMAINT.DAT file, or THouse3.cfg file.
          Answer: If that happens, then simply re-install the IGM.

        - In LordCfg under 'Setup Nodes With BBS', Don't put a Trailing
          BackSlash at the End of the 'Path to BBS Drop File' option!

        - In Multiple Nodes you can't use a drop file that changes with
          what node you are on. You will have to use another drop file.
          I will try and fix it in a later, updated version.

        - If you try to use the IGM without running it through
          L.O.R.D.'s Other Places menu, it will not find the
          Info.<Node#> or the Node<Node#>.Dat Files.

        - If Lss<Node#>.Bat doesn't pass the Node# to Turgeon's House
          then it will wait for a Local KeyPress. So if it is running
          through the BBS then they will be forced to hang up or wait
          until someone presses a key on the Local Console.

        ----------------------------------------------------------------
        - IF using more than one LORD game on system, there is possibility
          of having one game's THOUSE.DAT corrupt the one used by another
          LORD game. Visually check file to verify it is for the right
          Lord game directory.

        - IF you run Thouse 3.04+ Beta without redoing the Configuration,
          the IGM will not work properly, or won't work at all. Be
          sure that you follow the Update Installation instructions!!
        -------------------------------------------------------------

[7.0] *** REGISTRATION ***

        - Turgeon's House is FreeWare
        - You do not have to register this program!
          <For those of you who are slow>
        - If you want to give my money you can.
        - This is Dedicated to all those people who are TIRED of getting
          IGM's that are trashy and not FreeWare. Then the Programmer
          has the Audacity to charge an Arm and a Leg for their Trash!
        - I have nothing against Programmers like that, I just ask that
          they make better IGM's and other programs, or at least not
          charge for them!

        - To report a bug, please e-mail the info to
          skidog@crystalcore.net

          ** Also send bug reports to donald.tidmore@usa.net. **
          Or you can use gtidmore@hiwaay.net, or donald.tidmore@fidotel.com.
          If neither one works, then use ktidmore@bellsouth.net.

        - If you are another LORD IGM author, it would always be nice to
          have registered copies of one of your IGMs.

        - Without exception, all Castle Camelot LORD Apps are Freeware.
          I write/update LORD programs as a hobby and as a programming
          challenge. Donald.

[8.0] *** OTHER -SKI- SOFTWARE RELEASES ***

  - I'm currently looking into doing a TEOS IGM. Keep an eye out on my
    web-site for any news on this. E-Mail me if you have ideas.

  - There has been one other OLD release from -SKI- SoftWare and that is
    a door game called Crime Boss <v1.10 was the latest version>. This
    game is probably no longer around. I don't even have the source
    any more.

[9.0] *** UPDATED VERSIONS ***

         v1.0 -=> First Release! [1995]

         v2.0 -=> Released [1995]
                > Spelling errors corrected
                > Prompts changed to a LORD type Prompt but colors are
                  different.
                > Turgeon's Room Activated
                > EXE file is going to stay 'THouse.Exe' for ease of
                  upgrading to future versions.
                > Randomization changed to give more of a chance of
                  getting something.
                > Ending added to let users know that it didn't
                  lock-up.
                > Fixed the Stack OverFlow Error.
                > THouse updates the user's Time Left in LORD after
                  quitting THouse.
                > In v1.0 it checked your Seen_Master variable and if
                  you had fought the Turgeon Master that day then it
                  wouldn't let you in. When you quit the game it made
                  it say the you HAD seen the Turgeon Master! In v2.0
                  it checks the Seen_Dragon variable instead of the
                  Seen_Master variable. That means if you do fight the
                  dragon that day then you can't get in and when you
                  quit Thouse, it changes the Seen_Dragon variable to
                  YES!
                > When trading your Weapon/Armour, the Strength/Defence
                  is increased and decreased according to your weapon.
                > Carrier Dropped is now detected and handled
                  accordingly. Player's On_Now Stat is turned off when
                  Carrier Dropped.

           v2.5 -=> Released [1995]
                > Now L.O.R.D. v3.5 compatible!
                > Instead of checking the Seen_Dragon variable in v2.0,
                  See Above, Thouse creates 'THouse.Dat' and checks it
                  for the users that has been on the current day. <This
                  is new and may have problems, but I'm 99.9% sure it
                  WILL work>
                > Config prompt has changed to the prompt used in the
                  program.

           v2.8 -=> Released [1996]
                > Now L.O.R.D. v3.53 compatible!

           v3.0 -=> Released [2002]
                > Recompiled to eliminate RTE200 errors
                > Confirmed L.O.R.D. v4.06 compatible
                > Rewrote algorithms: Glass(Kitchen); Cushions(Living
                  Room) This means they are more structured and you
                  might be able to find a pattern if you keep a close
                  eye on Igm events long enough
                > Updated drink names to something relative to this
                  century
                > Named the cushions instead of them being a number
                > Updated the pause button (doesn't say press any key)
                > Gold amount is now determined by the player level
                > THouse Config now supports more than 16 IGMS
                > Fixed spelling and punctuation errors
                > Added extra variables to thouse.dat for future
                  expansion
                > Gave Turgeon's House a visual make-over
                > Added more stuff with the fairies
                > Made sure 2000000000 gold won't put a user negative

                > Changed/added text here and there

           v3.20 -=> Released [January 05, 2004]
                > Confirmed LORD v4.07 beta compatiblility.
                > View Stats screen accessible from various locations.
                > Q key works in most menus to exit them.
                > Stats screen displays {MASTERED} beside a skill's
                  points entry, if its value is 40+.
                > IGM handles players who have bought/acquired weapons
                  and armour in 16+ range from other IGMs (such as
                  The Pawn Shop), which are not standard LORD equipment.
                > Full compatibility guaranteed with L.O.R.D Cavern
                  v1.6+ and The Pawn Shop v3.00/v3.10+ IGMs.
                > IGM now uses Thouse3.cfg to store IGM config info;
                  and ThMaint.dat to store IGM maint. info and player
                  database information.

                  to work better and faster.

                > During beta development phase, sysop/end user player
                  may use IGM features repeatedly. Otherwise, IGM is
                  as usual one usage per day for everyone.
                > The Experience reward granted occasionally by Fairies
                  is now limited to 250 Million Exp. points.
                > Kitchen event optimized and randomly allows player
                  to get either Defense, Strength, or Max Hitpoints
                  when drinking from Glass - or they get nothing at all.
                > When searching for Gold in Bedroom, players who have
