------------------------------------------
WOLFEDIT was created in July 2005 as
an IGM Player Database Editor. It is
used to edit edit database records, and
has New Day for Player, and Search for
Player options.

** WolfEdit v1.10 was officially released
with the IGM on October 31th, 2007.
=======================================

This is a recreation of Jay Hodges'
original Werewolf IGM, done with his
permission.

Gems theft added when Werewolf kills
a warrior, either in Forest or in Inn.
Theft is limited to 50 gems maximum
reward per event.

Warriors can only be killed by Werewolf
Attacks, either in Forest or in Inn, if
they are within 3 game levels of you.

In Forest, Werewolf attacks on other
players have 33% chance of success. If
attack fails, werewolf loses 20% HPs and
2% Strength points. Effective 05/28/05.

In the Inn, Werewolf attack on the
sleeping warriors in their rooms have
33% chance of success. Failed attack
costs werewolf 20% HitPoints and 3.25%
Strength points.  Effective 06/18/05.

This IGM may be used between 1 and 10
times per day.

Desecrations are now processed in a
random manner, granting the Werewolf
a reward in either Max Hit-Points,
Strength, or Defense. Reward is based
on 2.5% of the victim's LORD stat.
Effective as of 06/18/2005.

All Desecrations are tracked each day
via WolfCorp.dat binary database file
as of 07-08-2005. As of 10-04-05,
desecrations are limited to 5 per
corpse per day.

As of 07-12-2005, all Experience Points
rewards are subject to a 400 Million
points per day limit.
---------------------------------------

Added Player Editor utility to IGM on
07-14-2005, for use in editing or
viewing IGM player database records.
  **  Requirement: wolfplay.dat file.
  **  Program Name: WolfEdit.exe.

WOLFEDIT is also usable for viewing data
in each Desecration Record, if the IGM's
WOLFCORP.DAT file exists.
----------------------------------------

Added Desecrations Status Report, which
is shown on-screen at IGM exit if user
requests to see it, on 10/05/2005. The
Status report is also appended to the
WOLF-USE.TXT usage reports disk file.
========================================

The User can run the Negative/Over-Range
Stats Repairs from the main menu. Only
the Negative Stats repair runs at IGM
exit automatically now, as of 02/15/06.
=======================================

The Experience reward for Killing Kids
and Horses is now limited to 10 Million
points per event, as of 02/15/06.
=======================================

09/14/06: Changed IGM to access/update
LORD Mail files of werewolf's victims
in one single step. Victims are now told
how much Exp. Points and Gems they lose
during each successful werewolf attack.

In keeping with the original IGM, the
victims are NOT told the identity of the
WereWolf who commits a Werewolf Attack
upon their person, children, or horse.
With ONE exception, noted below.
=======================================

** 10/09/06: Rewrote Install/Uninstall
code used by Werewolf II. Automatically
creates 3rdparty.dat/lognow.txt LORD
data files whenever they are missing.
=======================================

** 11/04/06: Changed Hitpoints loss to
20% for each failed attack on Warriors,
whether its in Forest or in the Inn.

If Werewolf's HitPoints drop to Zero
during a Stalk Warrior event, they are
killed by their prey. They lose 10% of
their Experience, Gold and Gems. If
they have a Fairy, it will revive them
back to life. Player has to leave IGM
afterwards, and they lose the Fairy.

The prey is notified of the identity of
the Werewolf that they killed. Fairy
Rescue event or WereWolf Death event
is noted in the LORD Daily News.

Fairy Rescue from death is ONLY usable
ONCE per day.
=======================================

IGM compatibility with versions of LORD
before v3.55 is not guaranteed.
--------------------------------------

WereWolf II's IGM files were tested
under DOS LORD v4.07, which was released
on Jun. 07, 2006.

They are currently tested using DOS LORD
v4.08 Beta's September 2006 compilation.
