              PART 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE ARMS DEALER 

  The Cuban Arms Dealer IGM for T-LORD is a small IGM made to work with
  MBBS/WG T-LORD v1.22 and later. It gives players the option of visiting
  a new weapon shop outside town--run by a cigar smoking Cuban. It's not
  much, but its free!

                       PART 2. INSTALLATION 

  Run INSTALL.EXE.  It will ask for your path - and begin the install.
  
  Add the IGM to your T-LORD game by using the IGM Manager option in
  the Sysop Menu built into T-LORD and selecting the IGM "AVAAD".
